Your Health is my #1 Concern
With the current and ongoing situation involving Covid-19, I want to assure all of you that your health is my Top Priority. As such, I have developed a few guidelines and protocols which I hope will both reassure and help protect you against the spread of the virus.
I request that you wear a mask/face covering into the building and keep it on while setting up your space. Once you are on your mat and ready to begin you may remove your mask for the duration of the class. Masks should be put back on at the end of class while you are packing up your things and getting ready to leave.
Hand sanitizer is provided at the rear of the studio for you to use when entering and exiting the studio.
Baskets are provided for your personal belongings on the shelves at the rear of the studio. If you choose to use a basket, I ask that you leave it on the floor when you are done so that it can be cleaned prior to its next use.
The studio is cleaned between EVERY class. That includes but is not limited to:
cleaning/disinfecting the floors
disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces, such as door knobs, light switches, chairs, tables, coat racks, etc.
cleaning/disinfecting the baskets used to store personal belongings.
I am unable to provide mats, blocks, or other props at this time due to the difficulty involved in disinfecting porous surfaces. I highly recommending purchasing an inexpensive block and bringing it to class along with your yoga mat to ensure you can get the most out of your practice.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me and I will do my best to answer.
